In the Kirovohrad region, police explosives engineers neutralized the warheads of downed enemy drones.

This was reported by the Main Police Department in Kirovohrad region, Ukrinform reports.

The regional police received a report of the discovery of UAV debris after a Russian air strike. Explosives disposal experts arrived at the scene and removed the drone's warhead, which was buried in a layer of soil. The ammunition was destroyed using a controlled explosion.

Soon after, explosives technicians received another report of the discovery of dangerous objects in another area of the region. During the inspection, they discovered an unexploded thermobaric warhead of an enemy drone. It was also destroyed by controlled detonation at a safe distance from populated areas.

As Ukrinform reported, since the beginning of the full-scale war with the Russian Federation, explosives technicians of the National Police have demined over 10,000 hectares of Ukrainian territory and neutralized hundreds of thousands of explosive devices.
