Cooperation. Coordination. Global security.
In this perspective, we ensured optimal preparation and mobilized all necessary resources to guarantee its success, convinced that the security of Morocco and the safety of its citizens begin with the security of all Interpol member states. For security is an integrated, indivisible system, founded on equitable cooperation, mutual respect, genuine trust, and collective work.
The presence of top security officials, international experts and representatives of regional and global organizations enabled the adoption of resolutions described as innovative and advanced recommendations, tailored to current and future security challenges.
At the same time, Abdellatif Hammouchi paid a strong tribute to the outgoing president of Interpol, Dr. Ahmed Naser Al-Raisi. At the close of this session, I wish to pay a strong tribute to His Excellency Dr. Ahmed Naser Al-Raisi for his remarkable efforts and commendable actions at the head of Interpol, which have allowed the Organization to occupy a prominent place on the international stage, he said.

You touched our hearts with what you offered us (...) Over these past few days, we have witnessed a remarkable model of professionalism and preparation. It was evident at every moment that His Majesty the King's enlightened vision had made security and stability a pillar of development and an essential basis for international cooperation. It was equally natural for us to admire this level of organization, this attention to detail, and this generous hospitality that treated each guest as a full member of the Moroccan family, he testified.
