A fire broke out at an apartment complex in Wang Fuk Court, Tai Po, north of Hong Kong, on Wednesday afternoon. At least 83 people have been confirmed dead.

Three people, two directors and an engineering consultant from Prestige Construction, the firm contracted to carry out maintenance on the buildings following the deadly fire.
