US President Donald Trump said that some of the ideas of the elected mayor, Zahran Mamdani, are the same ideas that I hold... Mamdani wants New York to be safe and we will work together to resolve our differences.

According to what was published by Cairo News Channel, Trump confirmed after his meeting with the mayor of New York that he would support Mamdani... and I feel safe living in New York and Mamdani is the mayor.

Trump explained that Mamdani relied on himself and achieved a great victory... Mamdani has a great chance of success in New York.

Trump continued: "Madani and I differ in style, but we share the same goals."

Trump stated that he did not discuss with Mamdani whether he would arrest Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu if he visited New York.
