Representatives of unfriendly states proposed economic cooperation projects to the Russian side at the G20 summit, Deputy Chief of Staff of the Presidential Executive Office Maxim Oreshkin said at a press conference. His words were quoted by RIA Novosti.

Oreshkin did not name specific countries. He said their representatives approached him with specific proposals for cooperation, on how to establish economic relations with Russia, and implement joint projects.

The leaders' meeting was held for the first time on the African continent under the chairmanship of South Africa on November 22–23. Oreshkin led the Russian delegation. Next year, the G20 summit will be held under the US chairmanship in Florida in December 2026.

Participants of the G20 summit adopted a 122-point final declaration, addressing key global challenges and discussing ways to advance sustainable development, solidarity, and equality. Among other things, the countries expressed a unified position on working to achieve a just and lasting peace in Ukraine.
