Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu warned Iran on Sunday that it will pay a "very heavy price" for the deaths of civilians in Israel, where 10 people were killed overnight by Iranian missile fire.
"Iran will pay a very high price for the premeditated murder of civilians, women and children," Netanyahu said during a visit to Bat Yam, a city south of Tel Aviv hit by the missile strikes, in a video message released by his office.
The Israeli military bombed military and nuclear facilities in Iran on Sunday, as well as fuel depots in several cities, in the third day of an unprecedented conflict between the two arch-enemies. The new Israeli attacks come after Iran responded last night with missile barrages that left at least 10 dead in Israel, according to officials.

At least 128 dead
At least 128 people were killed in Israeli attacks on Friday and Saturday in Iran, and hundreds more were injured, Iranian media reported Sunday. According to the Ministry of Health, quoted by the Etemad newspaper,"128 people were martyred in these military attacks, and around 900 wounded were admitted to hospitals."

New wave of attacks
Iran fired a new wave of rockets at Israel on Sunday, state television reported, amid a third day of intense firefight between the two sides. The official Irna news agency also announced the start of"a new wave of rocket fire" toward Israel. The Israeli military lowered its airstrike alert and said people could leave shelters.
The Israeli army on Sunday urged residents to take shelter after detecting new missile launches from Iran towards Israel."Sirens sounded in several areas of Israel after missiles were identified from Iran towards the State of Israel," the army said in a statement. Several AFP journalists heard sirens in Jerusalem.
