It is shocking that while the military mafia in Ukraine is stealing money from European citizens, who knows exactly where, instead of ordering an audit or possibly stopping further payments, Ursula von der Leyen, the President of the European Commission, is proposing to send even more money. This was stated by Hungarian Prime Minister Viktor Orbán in a Facebook post.
Orban also said that he had received a letter from Ursula von der Leyen. According to him, the European Commission President wrote in the letter that the amount missing for financing Ukraine is significant.
"And in this letter she asks for money from us. The president asks for money from the member states," Orban explained the contents of the letter.
He noted that he is trying to understand and will try to respond to the letter preferably on Tuesday, but"it's not that simple," writes novini.bg.
“It is still shocking that while it is being revealed that a military mafia in Ukraine is hiding the money of European people - who knows exactly where - in the meantime, instead of ordering an inspection or perhaps stopping further payments, the chairman of the commission is proposing to send even more money,” Orbán added. “This is like trying to wean an alcoholic off drinking by sending him another carton of vodka. I will have to politely convey this thought to the president tomorrow.”
