The plan includes recognition of Russian sovereignty over certain territories of Ukraine.

Ukraine will remain a non-nuclear state and will not become a member of NATO.

Ukrainian MP Alexei Goncharenko presented the peace plan of US President Donald Trump, which was handed over to Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelenskyi in Kiev on Thursday, saying that it will confirm the sovereignty of Ukraine, which must give up some of its territories.

The plan reported by the Russian private media group RCB (RosBiznesConsulting) predicts that Ukraine will introduce a provision in the Constitution that it will not be a member of NATO and that it will maintain its non-nuclear status.

It is stated that Crimea, Donetsk and Luhansk will de facto be recognized as Russian territories, while in Kherson and Zaporozhye the current front line will be"frozen", and the deployment of NATO troops in Ukraine would be prohibited.

After the signing of the peace plan in Ukraine, elections must be held within 100 days, and an amnesty is provided for all participants in the war.

3. Russia undertakes not to invade neighboring countries, and NATO undertakes not to expand further.

4. The United States will act as a mediator in the dialogue between Russia and NATO on security and de-escalation issues.

10. US guarantees : The United States will be compensated for providing guarantees, which it will withdraw if Ukraine attacks Russia. If Russia invades Ukraine, sanctions will be reimposed and the decision to recognize the territory will be reconsidered. Rocketing Moscow or St. Petersburg for no reason will deprive Ukraine of guarantees.

11. Ukraine has the right to membership in the EU and will receive preferential access to the European market.

12. The plan for the reconstruction of Ukraine includes : Fund for the development of Ukraine for investments in technology and artificial intelligence, joint reconstruction and operation of gas infrastructure, reconstruction of damaged areas and cities, infrastructure development and a special package from the World Bank.

14. Frozen assets: $100 billion of Russian funds will be used to rebuild Ukraine, the US will receive 50 percent of the profits, and Europe will add another $100 billion.

15. The remaining Russian frozen funds will be channeled into a US-Russia investment fund and a US-Russia compliance task force will be established.

16. Russia will strengthen its policy of non-aggression towards Europe and Ukraine. 17. The United States and Russia will expand nuclear arms control agreements, including START I.

18. Ukraine confirms its status as a state without nuclear weapons.

21. Territories: Crimea, Donetsk and Luhansk will be de facto recognized as Russian, and will be recognized by the United States of America. In Kherson and Zaporozhye, the front freezes along the contact line. Russia renounces other territories outside those five regions. Ukraine is withdrawing its forces from part of the Donetsk region and that territory will become a demilitarized buffer zone.

22. Neither Ukraine nor the Russian Federation will change territorial agreements by force.

23. Russia will not interfere with the use of the Dnieper and the export of grain via the Black Sea.
